Terms and Condititions
1. The promoter is Tech Chimp
2. There is no entry fee to enter this competition. You receive free by being a Tech Chimp Member and you are from Queensland.
3. The winner will receive a Tech Chimp Prize Pack which includes a Nintendo 2DS White and Red Console with Mario Kart 7, Beverly Hills Cop Blu-Ray, Beverly Hills Cop 2 Blu-Ray, Beverly Hills Cop 3 Blu-Ray, Ghost Town Blu-Ray, Batman Vs Superman Pens (Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman & Aqua Man), Spider Man Mug, 3 Lucky Dip DC Comics Keyrings, Doom 3 for PC, a Wireless Keyboard and a Wireless Mouse. Total Value $300.
4. Entries to the promotion are open until 10 minutes before the time of the promotion draw.
5. The promotion will be drawn on the 1st day of October 2016 at 10am (EST). The winner will be announced on our Facebook page and will also be contacted via email and telephone.
6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
7. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value or greater value if the current prize is unavailable and the promoter and the winner agree.
9. The Winner will be chosen by random selection on the day of the prize draw.
10. The winner will be notified by email or Facebook message within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Queensland law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and suburb/town in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current privacy policy and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent or unless required by law.
16. Entry into this promotional draw and subsiquently any future promotional draws will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
