A Tech Chimp Membership is a membership to help you feel like you can turn to someone when you have Tech needs.

Who is it for?

A Tech Chimp Membership is great for anyone but also people that have any tech questions, like to have their computer looked at atleast once a year, frequently visit the local computer shop or like giveaways and prizes.

1. Virus removal, Computer clean up, help with setup or configuration of software. By appointment only. Customer must have a working internet connection and be able to connect. Member also agrees to Tech Chimp remotely accessing their computer for appointment only and agree to the conditions of use.
2. Got a question about something Tech related? Send us an email. Responses usually within a 2 to 3 hours Monday to Friday. Weekend response times may exceed 6 hours. Advice is of a general nature only. Please consider if information provided is relevant to your current situation and needs.
